Do we need more life insurance?

I have often wondered if we need more life insurance. Funerals are just so expensive, it's unreal!

And should one of us get really sick, medical costs have run people into the ground when one partner gets ill and they can't afford the medical bills.

We all hope nothing like that happens to us, but, so did all of those people who the stuff happens to - and who is to say we're not next?

Reading the FAQ's at InsurancePortalOnline.com, I am even more convinced that we are not covered enough, pointing out that the financial value of a stay-at-home-parent should also be considered when deciding about life insurance.

I just think that it is hard to anticipate what all expenses one will be faced with in the event of a partner's death - especially while there are still children in the home.
