I say, What Time Is It?!

Ok, peeps - momma needs a little help, here! My silly ol' puter just doesn't know what time it is!

And I was reading on another blog that I needed to get the software so that my machine could get the picture....but, where, oh where, is this software?

Am I sounding poetic, or is it just me? heehee

So someone fess up - where's the software? And why couldn't I just go into Properties and change it? Would that be bad?
